KAIA is an energetic activation method developed by Aurora, rooted in 5 years of experience in KAP (levels 1 & 2), Innerdance (trained by Pi Villaraza), and various somatic and vibrational practices.
This session is a powerful inner journey that combines conscious breathwork, vibrational music, intuitive touch, shaking, qigong, and nervous system reprogramming.
Lying down with your eyes closed, you are guided into a non-ordinary state of consciousness through music specifically structured to activate different brainwave states (alpha, theta, delta). This sound journey gently opens access to the subconscious, where emotions, memories, and deep patterns reside.
The music, in synergy with breath and body movement, acts as a neurological catalyst — helping to release cortisol (stress), stimulate dopamine (motivation), serotonin (well-being), and other key neurotransmitters essential for real inner transformation.
KAIA works directly on the autonomic nervous system, creating a full-body and energetic reset.
It is a process of inner alchemy, reconnection, and expanded awareness — held in a safe space, with no effort, and with profound liberation.

This method is not recommended for people with:

– Epilepsy
– Pregnancy over 6 months
Practical guidelines
Food: Avoid heavy meals at least 3h before the session. No meat. Favor light fruits or vegetables and drink plenty of water.
Stimulants: Avoid coffee and stimulating substances before the session. Absolutely no alcohol or drugs before and after the session. They disrupt the calm and receptive state required for deep energetic work, and may cause harm by overstimulating the nervous system.
Mindset: Come with a relaxed body, an open mind, and no expectations. Take a moment to breathe deeply and gently prepare your energy field for transformation.
