Astrid Cura invites you into a powerful Ecstatic Dance experience designed to awaken the body, open the heart, and free the spirit through rhythm. ✨

Guided by her intuitive ability to read the energy of the room, she weaves organic beats, tribal grooves, afro house, cumbia, world sounds, healing vocals, and hypnotic textures into a dance experience that moves far beyond the ordinary.

This is a space to sweat, release, celebrate, express, and reconnect with the wisdom of your body. No choreography. No judgement. Just presence, pulse, and permission to be fully alive.

As the dance settles, we land together into a deeply restorative Sound Integration. Using crystal singing bowls, healing instruments, voice, and layered frequencies, Astrid creates a living soundscape that allows the nervous system to soften and the body to absorb the medicine of the dance.

After the session, you're welcome to stay around - food will be available on the rooftop for anyone who'd like to slow down and share a meal with the community (meal not included in the ticket).
