Heal Play Love Festival Integration Gathering
📍 Volkshaus Zurich 🗓 September 6 🕧 Doors 12:00 · Start 12:30 - End 16:30
Heal Play Love doesn’t end when the festival closes.
The music fades, the weekend passes, but something within us remains changed - opened, softened, awakened, alive.
Two weeks after the festival, we invite you to gather with us once more for a beautiful day of connection, reflection, embodiment, and community.
This is an opportunity to reconnect with the essence of Heal Play Love - the magic, the aliveness, the intimacy, and the heart-opening connection - while creating space to integrate everything the festival stirred within you.
We begin with a nourishing cacao ritual led by Adelina Thaqi, followed by an immersive integration journey with Nour Elise, weaving together reflection, embodiment, and transformational practices.
We’ll complete the day with a powerful singing circle guided by Mia Mayah, allowing music, voice, and collective presence to bring us home to ourselves and each other.
Come reconnect. Come integrate. Come celebrate.
And carry the magic forward. 🤍 What to bring:
🧘 Comfortable clothes you can move in
🪑 A pillow if you'd like to sit more comfortably
Meet the facilitators
Nour Elise is a somatic embodiment guide, conscious relationship mentor, and co-founder of Heal Play Love.
Her work supports people in softening protective patterns and reconnecting with who they are beneath conditioning and survival mode. Known for her depth and emotional attunement, she gently guides people back into their bodies and hearts - where healing and deeper connection become possible.
Mia Mayah, born in Zimbabwe with French and Italian roots, is a musician, songwriter, and singing circle facilitator.
She uses her voice to share raw emotion and create connection straight from the heart. Her music is honest and unfiltered, shaped by experiences that feel deeply human - creating spaces where truth can be felt, vulnerability is welcomed, and real expression can unfold.
Mia brings a rare blend of emotional depth, raw passion, and joyful energy to every space she enters - inviting others to open, feel, and sing from the heart.
Adelina Thaqi is a holistic mentor, ceremony facilitator, and founder of Anahata Collective and Anahata Cacao.
Her work weaves together mindful rituals, women's healing practices, embodiment, breathwork, sound, and natural philosophy. Through ceremonial cacao and embodied practice, Adelina creates grounded, deeply held spaces where people reconnect with their true nature - and leave with greater trust, joy, and clarity.
