Join Jenny and Dominique for an immersive introduction to the Wim Hof Method. Through guided breathwork, you will learn to regulate your stress response, deepen body awareness, and connect more consciously with your breath, mind, and body.
The session includes preparation for an optional ice bath experience. In a safe and supported setting, the cold becomes more than a physical challenge — it can be a powerful invitation into trust, presence, resilience, and self-discovery.
Whether you are completely new to the practice or already familiar with cold exposure, this session offers practical tools to help you feel calmer, clearer, more energized, and fully alive.
Important note
Participation in this session is for adults only (18+) and requires a good level of physical and mental health. As a precautionary principle, participation is not recommended in cases of: • Pregnancy • Epilepsy • Raynaud’s Phenomenon Type II • Severe cardiovascular conditions • Recent surgery or major physical injury • Severe respiratory conditions • Uncontrolled hypertension • Being under the influence of drugs or alcohol • Acute psychiatric conditions, including severe PTSD, psychosis, or panic disorders not currently stabilized If you have any heart condition, mental health condition, recent surgery, or other serious medical issue, you must consult a licensed medical professional and obtain medical clearance prior to participation.
